  • One-two 50 minute sessions each week in your chosen timeslot with 3-4 teammates

  • FREE unlimited access to group classes

  • Personalised program adjustments for your specific requirements + goals

  • FREE onboarding + movement assessment before your first session for new members

  • A new program every 4 weeks, to help you progress

  • Sliding scale pricing available

Each session includes:

  • A warm up, activation & cool down suitable for the workout you will be doing to keep you safe & mobile!

  • Lots of demonstrations, hands-on guidance & adjustments so you can master new moves with confidence & agency! 

  • A range of exercises with options for your body, specifically tailored towards your needs + goals!

How to get started

  1. Book a call (10 mins)

    We’ll chat to you and see if we’re a good fit for you & then book in a time for your welcome session

2. Welcome session/consult (30 mins)

Come into the studio for a tour & to sign up for your chosen intro trial or membership

3. Movement Assessment + Onboarding (30-60 mins)

We’ll run through a quick movement assessment and chat to you about your goals + any injuries/conditions that affect the way you move. From there, we’ll write up your first program so you can get started!
