Strong - 45 minutes
This class is designed to make you feel like Wonder Woman- strong & you know it! This class focuses on helping you conquer movement patterns that we use (& need to use safely!) in everyday life- such as the squat, deadlift, horizontal & vertical push & pull. We use free weights to build strong muscles as we guide you through with options for all bodies.
Pilates - 45 minutes
Pilates focuses on mind-body-muscle connection & helps you to move with intention and a careful breath. Have fun learning a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Wonderful for core & glute strengthening and alignment of spine/posture.
Self Care Stretch - 60 minutes
Join us as we guide you through a sequence of dynamic (moving) and static (holding) stretches, mobility training & fascial release (think foam rollers, trigger point balls). Fill up your self care cup as you build flexibility, protect against injury and correct your posture. This class leaves you feeling relaxed, calm & blissed out! Guided meditation or self care activity included in each class with a focus on self compassion, body awareness, holding space for self & self care.
Box + Balance - 45 minutes
This class is a mix of boxing on a boxing bag solo, circuit style cardio, body weight + weighted movements. It’s a delicious mix of cardio at your own pace & room to experiment with alignment, balance, agility & power!
Hatha Yoga (50 minutes)
Enjoy a journey inwards and come home to yourself through mindful breathing and a variety of postures to stretch and strengthen. Move with intention and self compassion and feel fully at home in your body.
Yin Yoga
Prepare to bliss out! Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time (from 45 seconds to five minutes) to allow for a great stretch - mentally and physically. Wonderful for recovery and tuning inwards!

Barbells + Bubbles is a monthly strength training workshop designed to help you:
💪 Learn progressive overload (aka how to get strong!)
💪 Feel safe lifting at your own pace (with options for all bodies)
💪 Improve technique (whether you’re a complete beginner or old hat!)

This is geared towards those of marginalised identities who align with our ethos, are seeking support in befriending food, body & movement & ditching diet culture. It is for those who would find value & are seeking encouragement from a fat-positive, body-neutral, anti-diet fitness approach at our studio.
HOW DOES A SLIDING SCALE MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Double Trouble Membership (2 p/w) - you can choose to pay from $40-48 p/wk (RRP $48 p/wk)
Trio Membership (3 p/w) - you can choose to pay from $49-$55 p/wk (RRP $55)
Unlimited Membership (unlimited classes) - you can choose to pay from $56-66 p/wk (RRP $66)
