UNLIMITED OPEN GYM ACCESS- MON TO FRI

Join us & come in and do your own workout using our equipment. A staff member is always there for support if needed.

FREE ACCESS TO Monthly Barbells + Bubbles member workshop - last thurs of month 5:30pm

Barbells + Bubbles is a monthly strength training workshop designed to help you:
💪 Learn progressive overload (aka how to get strong!)
💪 Feel safe lifting at your own pace (with options for all bodies)
💪 Improve technique (whether you’re a complete beginner or old hat!)
Drinks + light snacks will be provided 🥂

Plus you will leave with a cheat sheet worksheet full of tips and tricks to build your movement practice!

REGULAR CHECK INS FROM YOUR COACHES

How to get started

  1. Book a call through the calendar below (10 mins)

    We’ll chat to you and see if we’re a good fit for you & then book in a time for your welcome session

2. Welcome session/consult (30 mins)

Come into the studio for a tour & to sign up for your chosen intro trial or membership

3. MAP session (30-60 mins)

Our Movement Action Plan (MAP) session will help you work out your plan going forward with your chosen membership
