2. I am worthy no matter how I did or didn’t move
3. I can just try the 1st 5 mins + then decide to continue
4. What feels tolerable?
5. What movement feels like the easiest yes today
6. I’m allowed to move at my own pace
7. Showing up is the biggest victory- anything else is an added bonus
8. I move for my mind first.
9. My body is good no matter what it looks like or how it performs.
