I started The SCS in 2018 after struggling to find a place to move that made me feel safe, gave me options & had a friendly supportive community.

So I made it for myself first!

My mission is to help you build body trust, get strong + find a movement routine that lights you up.

You don’t have to do it alone -join our kind, supportive community + feel freaking amazing. No mirrors, no ego lifting + LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Strong Academy

Personal training with built-in community

Move through by a strength and conditioning program individualised for you alongside 4-5 teammates.

Strong Academy is a personal training experience with the added support & accountability of your teammates at the fraction of the cost of a PT session.

Classes for every mood + energy level

Our classes are fun, creative + designed so all bodies can move + get strong without fear or anxiety!

Strength training, boxing, dance, pilates + yoga!

Our Group Classes run 7 days a week & are kept small so you get the support you need to thrive!

How to get started

  1. Book a call through the calendar below (10 mins)

    We’ll chat to you and see if we’re a good fit for you & then book in a time for your welcome session

2. Welcome session/consult (30 mins)

Come into the studio for a tour & to sign up for your chosen intro trial or membership

3. MAP session (30-60 mins)

Our Movement Action Plan (MAP) session will help you work out your plan going forward with your chosen membership
